Lease Deal: Toyota Camry 2016 SE $135/month or Less!!!

Alert: The deal is continuing for the most good part.

Update 1/8: Spoke to the dealer who offered group price based on excel numbers. They are swamped with completing those sales (and their usual traffic) and will not be taking new offers until Sunday. That said, starting Jan. 11th will consider more folks who want to get in on the deal - although it will depend on how many will join. From what I have spoken, if we have 25 serious leads, we are in business to having them honor our pre-worked out numbers. Want to get on queue, pm me or contact via blog link, and then wait until Monday for the next follow up. Thanks!

NJ/MA/NY region folks willing to pick up the car from Boston (MA): feel free to contact me to get on in this deal. You will be hooked to a dealer who will work with you based on these numbers to get you out of door in painless way!

I tried studying this deal that LeaseHackr had posted, and thought will share with other users the math put together. Again, nothing is different from the original source, but just that I have broken down into different plans based on his advise since there are multiple permutations in a given deal.

The summary plans are discussed below (based on NJ) but if you want to work with your state sales tax, regional MF, dealer document fee etc., you should use the excel posted here (download and enter numbers based on your State specific!).

Discuss the deal here!

Note1: When paying a security deposit (refundable), it reduces the MF factor which in turn brings the monthly payment down.
The sale/haggle price of 21235 is based of leasehckr advise which is based of "dealers on a popular car buying site offering that amount"
Note2: Most dealer assume that 24-month will increase your monthly payment, what they do not realize is that 24-month also means less depreciation (71% as opposed to 63%) and hence the savings to the lease holder. Might want to shine this light while working your numbers.

ps: Huge Thanks to LeaseHckr for creating the forum..
